JOINING THE COMMUNITY

Are you interested in becoming a catalyst for process innovation at UCSB? Feel free to submit a project or join our ambassador group. We also love when people spread the word! Join us if you are interested in growing process improvement communities of best practice, submitting a project to reduce time or waste, or to learn effective continuous improvement methodologies and techniques.

COMMUNITIES

If you are super motivated to start a Community of Best Practice or wanting to mingle with Birds of a Feather and join an existing Community, reach out to us! Many communities already exist on campus or it might be that one needs to be created! We can help with either! Our goal is to bring together the right people for the right process to share ideas and come up with new ones. Getting in touch with others who share common processes can reduce variations and improve your workflow.
