PROJECT REVIEW PROCESS

The goal of the review process is to consider each project in the context of the Process Innovation Team's mission. Feedback will be given for all potential projects. The Process Innovation team strives to engage all process improvement projects. If a project should fall outside of their scope, the project will be referred to other project management groups on campus.

If a project is approved, the Process Innovation Team will work closely with the requester and project sponsor/champion to gather team members based on the Project Roles and Responsiblities and schedule a project kick-off meeting.  There is no service charge for the Process Innovation Team's support and analysis.

Incoming projects will be be accepted via the following intake form. You can also access the form via the Intake Form link. All new projects will be reviewed by the Process Innovation Team and a response will be sent to the requester within 2 weeks. If accepted, the Process Innovation Team will schedule a kick-off meeting to meet with your team members to further discuss the goals of the project.
